The report suggests, among other things, that micro-blogging site Twitter has become an “activism tool for socialists, human rights groups, communists, vegetarians, anarchists, religious communities, atheists, political enthusiasts, hacktivists and others to communicate with each other and to send messages to broader audiences.”

The report also includes screenshots of ‘branded’ cell phone interfaces used by terrorist organizations. This one is from Army of the Mujahedeen:
